True Boa constrictor constrictor aka the true red tailed boa is one of the most sought after boas in the hobby today.There are 7 main locality with in the species Brazil,Suriname,Guyana,Venezuelan,Peruvian,Trinidad/Tobago and Colombian. True Red tails are distinguished by there bright deep red tails,there long tailed shovel shaped head,eye brow type patches at the top of there eye and of course the brown peeked figure 8 mid-dorsal (widows peeks) blotches.We our working with Suriname locality red tails for now.

This is one of our Suriname red tail females,she is thought to be 2002 and is a proven breeder as of 2007.

This is our male Suriname red tail,he is 2007 and was born in Belgium from  wild caught Suriname parents. We hope to have him up to size and breeding with the above female in 2010.
